One-year warranty included on all products
What's Covered
All products purchased from Jeff Store come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use conditions.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage such as scratches. Loss or theft is also not covered.
How to Make a Claim
Contact our Customer Service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Extended Protection
We offer an optional extended protection plan at checkout, giving you an additional year of comprehensive cover for a small additional fee.
